This double-story home in Chintsa East has stunning ocean views and is a short one-minute drive or five-minute walk to the beautiful Chintsa East beach. The local Spar & deli is also a one-minute drive away, making it a well-situated holiday home. The main bedroom is ensuite, with a second room also ensuite, with another two double bedroom and a room of two bunk beds, perfect for a small family or two couples sharing. The living areas is upstairs, away from the bedrooms with a lovely open plan indoor-outdoor space. The balcony is huge with a table for enjoying meals outside as well as a braai area. There is also an indoor table with benches for those cooler evenings.

The house is East-facing, which receives beautiful sunrise light in the mornings, perfect for a cup of coffee while watching the ocean.
